Managing tasks across my personal blogs and websites is cumbersome and when you try to build everything yourself it does not take long to forget a task, or get overwhelmed with all the tasks required to get things done.  Task management is not just a buzz word in my vocabulary anymore.  

I would go insane without a way to manage tasks across all my different projects, Click-up is just plain awesome and worth a look.

One site, two site, three and four sites? 

Be mindful of getting tasks done.  Holding yourself accountable on projects as they progress whether done through kanban, agile or yes even sticky notes, the job is to get it done and keep pushing forward.  Managing just one site has a fairly good amount of tasks that need to happen to make it successful.  Imagine how many tasks are needed for more than one site, throw in SEO optimization and analytics and one person can get overwhelmed.  I sure was.  I am not doing any sponsorship or advertisements at this time for clickup but have been happy with the results thus far.  If you are looking for a way to manage your daily tasks it is worth watching a few videos on how to set a workspace and the spaces in clickup and a single account is free to get started with.
